There are many reasons why you might want to return an item. In all cases, please contact us before posting anyhthing back to us so we can log the return and advise on thew best course of action.
If your order no longer meets your requirements you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only (excluding postage costs) will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. Goods need to be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will need to be notified via email that an item is being returned.
The customer will cover return postage costs.
Upon receipt of returned goods we will refund to the original payment source within 14 days of receipt.
We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post
If you are returning a product through an error on our part we may provide a pre-paid postage label or refund reasonable return postage costs up to a value of £5.00.
